My story

I've spent the last 15 years diving deep into data and analytics. My journey started as an analyst and led me to lead small teams and even whole departments.

 

Along the way, I found a big gap: there weren’t many resources tailored for people like me who lead in the data world.

 

Often, I was the only one in my company tackling unique challenges that required creative, out-of-the-box thinking.

 

Driven to grow, I actively sought to improve my leadership skills. I worked with coaches, found mentors, read a lot, and applied what I learned to the data field. This process was tough and time-consuming, as I pieced together knowledge, built my network, and navigated through unknowns.

 

I noticed my team and other data leaders facing similar hurdles, struggling with burnout or feeling stuck without opportunities to advance.

 

My main goal now is to help data leaders get unstuck in their careers, build their confidence, and see the big picture so they can excel in their roles and move up in their careers.

 

I aim to nurture techies who are not only experts in data but also skilled in strategy and leadership, driving change and innovation in their organizations.

 

I've realized that keeping top talent means offering more than just technical skills—it's about a well-rounded approach.
