Except, in tech/data/analytics, we never develop habits to work on our soft skills but rather focus on how many hours we’ve spent coding this week or which certifications we can tackle next.
The reality is - developing those soft skills needed to advance your career need to be a part of your daily “habits” and in the long term, they will pay off - especially if you want to be a people leader in tech!
