Privacy Statement

This statement explains what personal information is collected when you use this website (piermartin.com), why it’s collected, and the choices you have. I aim to collect as little as possible and to be straightforward about it.
Who is responsible
Pier Martin (“I”, “me”) is the data controller for this site. You can reach me at pier@piermartin.com.
What I collect
- Contact details you provide, name and email when you book a call, get in touch, or subscribe.
- Booking information when you schedule a session (date, time, and anything you choose to share about your situation).
- Payment information when you pay for coaching. Card details are handled directly by the payment processor, I never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data, privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics about how the site is used (e.g. pages viewed). This is not used to identify you personally.
Tools I rely on
To run the coaching business I use a small set of trusted providers, who process some of your data on my behalf:
- Scheduling, Zoom Scheduler (to book sessions).
- Payments, Stripe (to process payments securely).
- Video calls, Zoom (to host coaching sessions).
- Email, Google Workspace (for correspondence) and an email newsletter provider (only if you subscribe).
- Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not track you across the web.
Why I use it
To respond to your enquiries, schedule and deliver coaching, process payments, send you the newsletter if you’ve asked for it, and understand how the site is performing so I can improve it. I do not sell your data, and I don’t use it for advertising.
How long I keep it
I keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required for legal and accounting reasons. You can ask me to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email me at pier@piermartin.com and I’ll respond promptly.
Cookies
This site keeps cookies to a minimum. Essential functionality (like the booking widget) may set cookies needed to work. Analytics are collected in an aggregated, privacy-friendly way.
Changes
If this statement changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
